Weight Weight #4 Made My August Goals

It si with great satisfaction that I announce my three pound weight loss for august. I didn't eat all that good byt my morning walks have been helping. Again the slow turtle pace I'm setting for weight loss can't fail cause it's so dang slowl

My goal for September is not going to increase, in fact it's going to go down by a pound. so September goal is 2 LBS. I know that seems like a retreat but my goal is to always make some progress and let time do the rest.

I also know that as I start to work out more weight loss slows for me as muscle is added. I never have a problem adding muscle for some reason.

    So Habbits

    - better breakfast is my big change for August.

my life changing goal for September.

-Cut in half my dining out. This is not going to be easy. I looked back over my bank account and I eat one meal out a day. Could be lunch, could be dinner. Either way My goal is to cut that to three times a week. I can do it I think. Keep your fingers crossed.

Well that's it for this week.

Little goals, slow change, better habbits.

    That spells progress to me.
