Ok despite my best efforts, or maybe despite my worse efforts I’m two pounds lighter then when I started this blog. I have no idea how that happened in the last week. It possibly shouldn’t have happened at all, but it did.
I will take the small victories when I get them.
This gives me two more weeks to shed 1 lbs and that seems doable.
I think my strategic plan of changing one meal at a time as paid off, though slowly. My breakfast are better, more healthy affairs over all. I still eat out too much and need to keep making efforts to curb that.
Next month I tackle lunch. never easy when you are a late night bus driver but it can be done.
Today would be a perfect day to ride my bicycle to work. Keep your fingers crossed.
I don’t feel that much different and I really shouldn’t given what a small percentage 2 LBS is but I feel better inside knowing I’m making some headway each day. A little effort each day multiplied by months and success will be mine.
